Job Description We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/Dev Studio and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega integrations, dataflow processing, and Agile delivery methodologies, with a proven ability to quickly understand business use cases and deliver technical solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using Pega PRPC/Dev Studio and frameworks. Implement integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST, JMS, and other APIs. Work with stakeholders in an Agile environment to translate requirements into Pega solutions. Develop and maintain dataflow processes within Pega. Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Required Skills & Experience Experience with Pega integration services (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.). Solid understanding of Java, SQL, and related technologies. Hands-on experience with Pega dataflow processing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile methodology. Familiarity with Postman for API testing. Preferred Skills Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), particularly in a Marketing context. Technical expertise in conversation/offer creation using Pega 1:1 Ops Manager. Understanding of Pega rulesets and deployment pipelines. Experience with cloud technologies and Pega CDH hosting on AWS.
