The Supply Chain/Sales Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting product lifecycle management, product data administration, demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory availability, logistic, and sales operations across SPS Commerce & company’s network of customers which all report directly to the Supply Chain Product Manager.

Responsibilities Overview (but not limited to the following):

• must be able to commute, hybrid remote position in Redondo Beach, CA 90278 (company will move to Fullerton/Walnut area in the fall)
• Assist with the communication & meeting between the team in China and our US vendor.
• Responsible for ensuring the completeness of logistic clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and customers are completed in a timely manner.
• Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.
• Coordinate and follow-up with our warehouse and 3PL warehouses for the customer's needs. Such as order fulfillment, forwarding, dropship, transshipment, and demolition etc.
• Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages and refund requests.
• ensuring the accurate setup, maintenance, and management of product information within company's supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, and client-facing systems.
• Assists/supports new product launches, product transitions, pricing updates, inventory planning, vendor coordination, and product availability initiatives that directly impact operational execution and customer satisfaction.
• Support sales operations across major retail channels, including Walmart, CVS, and others. Coordinate order processing and collaborate with internal teams (SPS, marketing) to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues related to shipments, product setup, and retail operations.
• Participate in new product submissions, launches, and retail placements
• Assist in developing and distributing sales & marketing materials, including presentations, product sheets, and samples
• Support promotional planning and execution across retail channels. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve result in a multi-tasking sales environment
• Be proactive and help management get ready for busy season

Qualifications

• Experience working with Walmart, CVS, Costco, Sam's Club, major retailers
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 1-2 years related experience and/or training
• Strong work ethic with team player mindset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience & knowledge ecommerce operations and applications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• SPS Commerce knowledge a plus
• Bilingual skills are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26 - $36 hourly
