RN Case Manager OpportunityGulfstream Staffing has partnered with a medicare-certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time RN Case Manager opportunity in Vero Beach, FL. The Case Manager is required to primarily work in office but may also be required to perform field case management with responsibilities for assessment, and provision of skilled care to the patient.
