Job Overview: General Radiologist / Breast Imaging

We are looking for a full-time or part-time board-eligible/board-certified radiologist to join our collaborative team of 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants at our facility.

Our primary aim is to attract professionals with excellent interpersonal skills who are dedicated to delivering patient-focused care. Our emphasis is on expanding breast imaging services, and the ideal applicant will possess fellowship training or equivalent experience in multimodal breast imaging and related procedures.

What to Expect:

• A physician-led multi-specialty medical group dedicated to serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta region.

• An integrated practice that offers a stimulating and fulfilling work environment with ample opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.

• Focus on outpatient and urgent care imaging only; no hospital examinations. Teleradiology services cover overnight shifts.

• Full-time radiologists typically work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each month, with compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts.

• The group averages 70 wRVUs per shift, with weekday shifts oriented towards specific modalities/subspecialties, while evening and weekend shifts are general.

• Initial compensation is fixed, transitioning to a performance-based model within 1-2 years.

• All radiologists are placed on a shareholder track.

• Opportunity to work from home for non-patient-facing tasks, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology (ABR) with an MSK fellowship.

• Current licensure or eligibility to obtain a license in the State of Georgia.
