Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial consultation to final offer acceptance.
- Act as a Strategic Client Partner, fully understanding their recruitment needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Utilize Strategic Sourcing methods through our proprietary CRM/ATS as well as your personal network and tools.
- Maximize Our Platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Positions that not only provide significant value for clients but also yield strong commissions for yourself.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership efforts that elevate both our brand and yours.

Your Profile
- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales roles.

- Proficient in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Experienced in navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll provide training on ours).
