What will you do? Provides professional, thorough, and consistent constituent service over the phone to residents and businesses who contact the Office; Monitors relevant mail and e-mail to provide prompt and efficient responses to both internal and external customers; serves as a public-facing representative of the Franklin County Auditor’s Office. Assists other departments within the office as required (e.g., data entry, filing, stuffing envelopes, etc.); completes projects as assigned; supports and works collaboratively with coworkers; sets, pursues, and achieves goals and objectives.
