The RN Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all in-service education activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Qualifications Qualifications include a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license, and preferably one year of skilled nursing and teaching experience. CPR certification is required and must be maintained.
