Institutional Client Solutions – Analyst Business Unit: Institutional Client Solutions, Private Capital Group Blackstone is seeking a business development professional to support proactive client development and expand relationships across the entire Blackstone platform. The role focuses on engaging family offices, RIAs, endowments, and foundations on the West Coast. Responsibilities Identify and cultivate high‑quality relationships with family offices, RIAs, endowments, and foundations to increase awareness of Blackstone’s strategies and grow assets under management. Collaborate on research projects using internal and external resources to support business growth. Maintain a high level of prospecting activity to map the West Coast market. Assist on marketing efforts with LP base—including semi‑annual think‑tank events, fund‑specific webinars, and other sales initiatives. Support and encourage a team‑oriented model with effective communication, transparency, and trust. Qualifications 2+ years of financial industry experience. Strong communication and presentation skills, including effectively positioning platform or product capabilities to investors. Experience engaging clients. Desire to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment and across business units. Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing targets during a busy period of client meetings. Self‑starter, entrepreneurial and goal‑oriented, with a high level of accountability and drive. Licensing Requirements May require certain securities licenses if engaging in client‑facing activities such as attending client meetings, marketing Blackstone funds, supervising or training securities‑licensed employees, structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products, or advising on marketing plans. Salary and Benefits Expected annual base salary range: $100,000–$130,000. Additional compensation includes discretionary bonuses and may include equity or other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s discretion.
