Therapist Position At St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center

St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center is a 127-bed facility located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. The Behavioral Health Center offers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services for seniors, adults, adolescents, and children requiring psychiatric and chemical dependency care.

Therapist Position Summary:

1. Provides direct patient care in the acute care setting.
2. Communicates with Charge RN and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including vital signs, behavioral and physical symptomatology.
3. Is able to respond quickly to changes in patient's status.
4. Is able to perform basic nursing functions under direction of Charge nurse.
5. Completed Master's degree from an accredited University in behavioral health field. Current AZ State Licensing as LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW is required. Candidates actively pursing license will be considered; however, must obtain license within 90 days of hire.
6. BLS certification required- Working experience in a behavioral health facility or related field preferred
