What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in technology operations, IT support, or systems administration Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications Working knowledge of networking and endpoint management Experience with Toast, Restaurant365 (R365), or similar restaurant technology is highly preferred Hospitality or multi-location business experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Why Milkshake Concepts?
