REQUIREMENTS * Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date. * Must be eligible to work in the United States. * Reliable and punctual with a commitment to adhere to scheduled hours. * Ability to work in a hot, noisy, fast-paced kitchen environment for extended periods. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily production and service goals. * Availability to work nights and weekends as needed to support restaurant operations. * Willingness to follow Chick-fil-A food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. * Must be able to stay efficient and quick during peak and busy service times. * Must be able to follow directions and complete assigned back-of-house tasks accurately.
