We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Specialist to join our Medina team. Job Summary As a Cabinet Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management, material handling, order preparation, shipping and receiving, and customer service. You'll work closely with customers, installers, delivery teams, and warehouse staff to ensure products are accurate, organized, and ready for installation or pickup. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, material handling, inventory control, construction materials, flooring, cabinets, or customer service. Key Responsibilities Load and unload mainly cabinetry and occasionally flooring materials Pull, stage, organize, and prepare orders for customer pickup and delivery Assist customers, contractors, and installers with product pickups Verify incoming shipments and investigate material discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and product tagging Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Work collaboratively with warehouse, sales, installation, and delivery teams Provide outstanding customer service to customers and installers Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, customer service, shipping and receiving, or material handling role preferred Experience with construction materials, flooring products, cabinetry, or home improvement products is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials on a regular basis Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Backgrounds We welcome candidates with experience in: Warehouse Associate Warehouse Specialist Material Handler Shipping & Receiving Inventory Control Construction Supply Flooring Distribution Home Improvement Retail Delivery Support General Labor Why Join National Design Mart?
