The Team Member will be demonstrative, that a great company, such as Chick-fil-A is a caring company. Will carry out the Downingtown Chick-fil-A's mission "To be America's best quick-service restaurant." Will work to ensure the business has little to no interruptions when performing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Works in the area assigned for each shift.

Greets guest visiting the restaurant and answer guest questions about food items and meals.

Carefully listens while taking guest orders, and requests.

Completes order transactions using the POS system.

Follows sales promotions guidelines as instructed.

Works as a team with fellow team members and the management team.

Packages guest orders, and supplies guests with the final product upon order completion.

Fill beverage and dessert orders received.

Cleans, sanitizes and restocks products, paper supplies, and other items as required during the shift.

Reports to Shift Lead and or the Manager running the shift.

Directs any complex issues to the leadership team.

Takes the initiative when performing responsibilities and when handling guest concerns.

Remains in position during your shift.

Is responsible and professional at all times.

Performs tasks and responsibilities are in accordance with the Chick-fil-A Inc. policy and requirements.

Be of good character and conduct.

Any other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
