Job Description
The Lead Teacher works closely with the Associate Teacher and Teacher Assistant to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for our infant group.
A CDA is required and an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred for the Lead Teacher position. Experience with group infant care is required. Great people skills, patience and the ability to multi task are essential. A strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to multi task are a must for the successful Lead Teacher candidate.
Adventure Center participates in the T.E.A.C.H program. Lead Teachers can pursue a CDA, Associates' Degree or Bachelor's degree paying only 10% of the cost of tuition and books through this program. Release/study time is also covered.
