Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will provide care in a home health setting. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. A valid license is necessary for this role. Required certifications include BLS Certification and Crisis Protocol Approval. The position guarantees 40 hours per week. The charting system used is Allscripts. This position involves working within a trauma level 3 care setting. Please be aware of the cancellation policy of three per 13 weeks.
