Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Manage patient care in a mixed IMC/CC unit with ratios of 3-5:1
• Administer and titrate vasoactive drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Norepinephrine
• Operate and monitor common equipment, including LVAD, CADD Solis VIP, and bedside monitors

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Valid RN license
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit or similar critical care settings
• Proven ability to manage complex care for patients with heart failure and related conditions
