ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 1990 and has grown into a team of six with many long-tenured team members who truly feel like family. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the military and later worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and customer service.

I love the outdoors and am fortunate to live near the ocean. When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me surfing, cycling, or enjoying time outside.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wade Davis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
