About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified CT Tech in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 29572!

Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Myrtle Beach, SC as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment for emergency department and inpatient imaging. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care in a high-volume, trauma-capable setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current ARRT Radiography certification required. CT certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Demonstrated ability to operate GE CT equipment (examples: GE 512, GE 128, GE 32 slice) independently.
• Experience performing routine CT exams for ED and inpatient populations, including trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA.
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume hospital setting (example: average ~180 CT exams per day across multiple scanners).
• Previous work on teams supporting multiple scanners and overnight coverage.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0700.
• Work focuses on Emergency Department and inpatient exams only.
• Operate and cover duties for multiple CT scanners during shift; team staffing includes overnight technologists.
• Uniform: charcoal grey required.
