Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Technician-II to support the final testing and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment . This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of machines before they leave the assembly line.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on electrical testing experience, and the ability to interpret schematics and analyze system data.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electromechanical equipment .
• Conduct basic electrical testing , including measuring voltage, resistance, and continuity .
• Perform isolation testing on sensitive equipment.
• Execute scripts and queries through a command-line interface (CLI) .
• Maintain and update existing test and troubleshooting documentation .
• Interpret functional schematics and circuit diagrams .
• Analyze CAN network data for system diagnostics.
• Use CAN bus tools and data-logging systems to identify system issues.
• Identify, document, and report both known and newly discovered issues .
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail during testing and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with electromechanical systems or in a similar technical role.
• Demonstrated triage and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing and hand tools .
• Experience with CAN bus tools and data-logging systems .
• Familiarity with command-line interfaces .
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and circuit diagrams .
• Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
