Principal Data Analyst

The Role This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll lead analytics initiatives end‑to‑end—without people management responsibilities. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and client teams to design data systems, uncover insights, and guide strategic decisions. What You’ll Do Lead data analytics projects across internal and client accounts from concept to delivery Mentor team members and guide team project efforts Act as a strategic thought partner on data infrastructure and analytics best practices Architect and optimize data pipelines, models, and warehouse structures Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and make recommendations that tie the data stories and business goals together Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) Partner with marketing teams to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities Design scalable ETL structures using tools like Hightouch, Clay, and Segment Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity across all systems and projects Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and client stakeholders What We’re Looking For Core Expertise Strong experience in data architecture, modeling, and warehousing (both building and leveraging systems) in a Tech, SaaS, or Growth Marketing environment Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven data pipelines and modern data stack architecture Advanced proficiency in: PowerBI, Tableau, Looker PostgreSQL Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) Experience with ETL tools such as Hightouch, Clay, Segment Key Skills & Traits Exceptional data storytelling—you don’t just analyze, you influence High level of attention to detail and commitment to clean, reliable data Strong communication and presentation skills (internal + client‑facing) Strong team leadership skills and mentorship mentality Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment Compensation Base Salary - $100k-$140k Medical Reimbursement Plan 401k Flexible PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr TNT Growth
