About the Role:
Hands Plus Physical Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated PT/OT Aide to join our busy Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic in Santa Clarita, CA! Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists in delivering patient care and treatment programs
• Prepare and set up treatment areas, equipment, and modalities prior to patient sessions
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities under direct therapist supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, treatment rooms, and therapy equipment
• Support front office and administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and patient check-in as needed
• Monitor and communicate patient responses and progress to supervising therapists
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of clinical supplies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in kinesiology, health sciences, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a PT, OT, or medical clinic setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered attitude
• Ability to stand, move, and assist patients physically throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a high-volume clinical environment
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn EMR/scheduling software
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
