Network Engineer

Job Overview Hybrid role in Ann Arbor, MI – must already reside in Michigan. A client is looking to bring in a mid-level Network Engineer to join their team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The role starts as contract with intention to hire full time after six months. Responsibilities Assist with a Fortinet firewall refresh. Perform day‑to‑day operations within the networking environment. Support and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network assets. Collaborate with a small IT team to maintain a multi‑site network across airports in the U.S. Qualifications Experience in network engineering, firewall management, router, and switch administration. Knowledge of network security and Fortinet technologies. Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches. Strong troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job Type & Location Contract to hire position based out of Ann Arbor, MI. Fully onsite. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
