About the Role

As an Equity Operations Administrator at Eqvista, you will lead client onboarding and ongoing support for our equity management platform, guiding users through Cap Table setup, Cap Table Transfers, and Share Issuance. You will help potential and existing clients successfully understand and leverage our software, guiding them through demos, onboarding, and ongoing support. This role requires a consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset.

In this role, you will:

• Consult with existing and new clients, understanding their equity management challenges and guiding them in using Eqvista’s Cap Table product 
• Conduct engaging and informative product demos tailored to clients’ business sizes and industry needs.
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
• Cultivate leads and work closely with sales and customer success teams to support business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve client issues promptly.
• Escalate feature improvements internally.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness, building long-term client relationships.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

What you’ll need:

• Educational or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Fast learner who can quickly grasp new software and equity concepts.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently , and responsible for managing deadlines and deliverables.
• Competitive, motivated, and committed to exceeding client expectations.
• Ability to quickly learn new software tools and concepts related to equity management and financial valuations.
• High integrity and professional demeanor centered on exceptional customer service.
• Prior Capitalization Table experience required. 
• Certified Equity Professional Level I ECA Certification required, CEP Level II preferred.

Compensation & Growth

This is a contract-to-permanent role , with clear performance benchmarks for conversion to full-time.
