Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse, or
• Upon hire: New Mexico Licensed Practical Nurse, or
• Upon hire: National Licensed Vocational Nurse Compact
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months of LVN Experience.
