Position: Dining Room Server

Location: The Springs at Tanasbourne
Schedule:  
Hours: Part-time, 25–30 hours per week
Availability: Work days and weekends

Position Summary

The Springs at Tanasbourne is seeking a team-oriented and compassionate  Server to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our residents and their guests while contributing to a welcoming and engaging dining experience. Whether you bring prior bartending experience or are new to the field, we provide hands-on training to help you succeed. Creativity is encouraged—our residents enjoy handcrafted beverages and engaging service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages, including classic and specialty drinks
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver meals promptly with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment
• Collaborate with team members and follow directions from the Dining Room Manager
• Support overall dining room operations as needed

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their daily experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Previous bartending or serving experience is a plus, but not required
