Location: The Springs at TanasbourneSchedule:
Hours: Part-time, 25–30 hours per week
Availability: Work days and weekends

Position Summary
The Springs at Tanasbourne is seeking a team-oriented and compassionate Server to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our residents and their guests while contributing to a welcoming and engaging dining experience. Whether you bring prior bartending experience or are new to the field, we provide hands-on training to help you succeed. Creativity is encouraged—our residents enjoy handcrafted beverages and engaging service.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, including classic and specialty drinks
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver meals promptly with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment
- Collaborate with team members and follow directions from the Dining Room Manager
- Support overall dining room operations as needed
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their daily experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Previous bartending or serving experience is a plus, but not required
