Experience: Relevant clinical experience in ICU or Med Surg
Hourly Pay Rate: $62.31

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in ICU and Med Surg units
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions, documenting all care accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float regularly between ICU and Med Surg, adapting to unit needs
- Comply with hospital policies, standards, and safety protocols
- Promote a positive environment of care and uphold clinical standards
What You Need
- Valid RN license (temporary license accepted if applied for a permanent license)
- Relevant experience in ICU and/or Med Surg settings
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to various patient needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
