Position: General Dentist in Baton Rouge, LA

Overview: Blue Jay Dental is partnering with a reputable dental practice in Baton Rouge, LA, seeking a skilled general dentist to join their team immediately.

About the Role: Our client offers a wonderful opportunity for a general dentist to make a significant impact in the local community while advancing their career. This is a full-time position. Additionally, our client provides an amazing mentorship program, with opportunities to expand your skills in molar endodontics and implant placement.

A modern practice equipped with digital x-ray and panoramic imaging.
A primarily adult patient base, focusing on PPO plans and a small percentage of state insurance.
A supportive team environment where clinical excellence is the priority.

Compensation: Competitive salary designed to support the growth and success of a new dentist joining the team.
