As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will support clients in optimizing procurement performance, reducing costs, strengthening supplier relationships, and driving sourcing excellence.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects including RFx events, supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiations.
• Identify qualified suppliers and develop sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyze supplier proposals and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead competitive bidding processes, e-auctions, and supplier selection activities.
• Translate business requirements into effective Statements of Work (SOWs) and sourcing documentation.

Supplier Management

• Conduct supplier research and market intelligence activities.
• Manage supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in supplier onboarding, qualification, contracting, and compliance activities.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Analytics & Business Support

• Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance metrics.
• Develop business cases and sourcing recommendations supported by quantitative analysis.
• Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients.
• Support clients with ongoing sourcing activities, cost reduction initiatives, and supplier management programs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing initiatives align with business objectives.
• Communicate sourcing recommendations effectively to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Drive process compliance and support procurement best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, RFx processes, auctions, or procure-to-pay operations.
• Experience managing sourcing projects from initiation through supplier selection and implementation.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management best practices.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
