Job Description Boiler / Plant Operator Opportunity

We’re working with a well-established industrial manufacturing operation seeking a licensed Boiler / Plant Operator to join their team. This is a critical role inside a highly automated production environment where your experience actually matters.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Operating and maintaining gas-fired boilers
• Monitoring plant systems through DCS controls
• Water testing, treatment, and chemical adjustments
• Supporting boilers, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, R.O. systems, methanator systems, and more
• Troubleshooting and making operational adjustments to improve performance
• Completing logs, shift communication, and maintaining safe plant operations
What They’re Looking For:
• Active 1st Class B Boiler License (or higher)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Industrial plant or utilities experience
• Someone dependable who can work independently and keep operations running smoothly
