Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst level 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Sentinel (GBSD) Program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work Incorporating contracts changes into control systems Estimate and completion and forecast related activities Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience; a Master's degree with 1 year; or 6 years with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) may be accepted in lieu of degree Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Requires experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence and Analytics tool, Project Management and Planning tool and/or Collaboration and Integration tools. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. #SentinelBusMgmt Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
