Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Richmond, VA. This position requires expertise in hospital pharmacy operations within a dynamic environment. Engage with complex patient cases, including trauma and critical care, while working within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Manage complex patient cases involving trauma, burn, critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, and ECMO
• Utilize Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz systems
• Perform IV and medication verification, as well as IV compounding
• Administer Vancomycin AUC dosing and Aminoglycoside dosing
• Conduct renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOAC handling

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Virginia State Pharmacist license
• A minimum of 2 years hospital experience
• Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz
