Workforce Management Coordinator

Workforce Management Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Coordinator to join our team at Oakdale Senior Alliance in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing staffing optimization, labor management, scheduling support, and workforce analytics across multiple senior living communities. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning Monitor staffing levels across all communities Forecast staffing needs based on census, acuity, and occupancy Maintain position control and vacancy reporting Partner with community leaders on workforce plans Centralized Scheduling Support Support community schedulers with open-shift management Coordinate regional float-pool resources Monitor overtime and premium pay utilization Assist with emergency staffing coverage Compliance Monitor staffing compliance requirements Ensure scheduling practices align with wage and hour laws Support audits related to staffing and labor reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years in healthcare staffing, workforce management, HR, scheduling, or senior living operations Experience with UKG, OnShift, Smartlinx, Kronos, Workday, or similar workforce management platforms; SmartLinx preferred Strong Excel and reporting skills Multi-site healthcare or senior living experience preferred About Us Since its founding in June 2022, Oakdale Seniors Alliance has been dedicated to supporting providers in the senior living market by offering innovative solutions and comprehensive management services.
