Compounding Lab Manager - Ops, Training & Compliance

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Lab Manager to oversee daily operations in the pharmacy’s compounding labs. You’ll scale up capabilities, develop new compounded treatments, and ensure patient safety while dispensing under federal and state regulations. The role reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and requires experience in compounding, SOPs, and leadership.
