Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active California Physical Therapy license required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Acute care experience required
• Experience using Epic in acute care settings with Navigator required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8s, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend required every third weekend
• No on-call
