About the Position

CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Compact License Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT) Must-Have: Experience with IV starts, contrast injection, and post-processing images Description: The CT Tech will work in an outpatient clinic setting. Most patients are mobile and typically come for follow-up cancer diagnoses. The CT Tech will be responsible for starting IVs, running lab tests, injecting contrast, and post-processing images. Required experience includes various X-Ray procedures such as extremities, abdomen/gastrointestinal, spine, pelvis, head, chest, and musculoskeletal imaging. Preferred experience includes fluoroscopy studies and enema studies. The role involves collaboration with other staff as needed. Travelers may float between facilities as needed. Time off requests will be approved on an individual basis. Candidates must be open to occasional Saturday shifts. The facility does not require COVID-19 vaccination. Flu vaccination status is unknown. Travelers must commit to working three of the five major holidays.
