Quality Assurance Specialist

QA SpecialistJoin ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. We are seeking customer-focused QA Specialists to assist with customer concerns, escalations and service-related issues. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, troubleshooting and helping customers reach a resolution. Starting Pay: $18/hr, increasing to $19/hr. after 90 days of employment.
