Sr. Agile Engineering Project Manager (EPM)

Sr. Agile Engineering Project Manager (EPM). Someone with experience in both Agile and Waterfall. I will paste the job specs below. They need a Senior Agile EPM who has led projects related to iPhone/iOS mobile application development for eCommerce.
This is an onsite hybrid role. Candidate MUST relocate to Austin, TX before start date if hired.

Requirements
- Engineering Project Manager responsible for Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing a number of concurrent engineering projects
- Driver and ship all aspects of large, cross-functional projects and feature areas for high volume iOS native eCommerce app
- Oversees all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
- Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, and define functional requirements
- Manage communication apprising status and issues to team members, management and other project stakeholders
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope schedule, risk, deliverables, resources and budget
- Project Management: 10 Years
- Agile Project Management: 5-10 Years
