Johns Hopkins Personalized Primary Care (JHPC) offers a concierge, patient-centered primary care model that pairs the clinical excellence of Johns Hopkins Medicine with individualized attention. JHPC is seeking a BC Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our team caring for a limited patient panel to deliver deeper relationships, more one‑on‑one time, and highly personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s history and health goals. Deliver individualized care plans based on medical history, prevention, chronic disease management, and patient goals. Offer enhanced access and continuity through longer visits, proactive outreach, and close collaboration with a dedicated care team. Utilize telehealth and other digital tools to maintain timely communication and follow‑up. Coordinate care with Johns Hopkins specialists and health system resources as needed. Requirements: Board Certification in Internal Medicine MD License in the State of Maryland required CPR Certification required Together we will deliver the Promise of Medicine! Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
