Produce/Clerk

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages repeat visits. Assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Promote the company\'s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety, emphasizing the Customer 1st strategy. Key responsibilities Acknowledging, assisting, and appreciating customers. Promoting products and trust among associates. Creating a welcoming atmosphere. Answering product-related questions. Assisting with preparing produce platters, informing customers of specials, recommending products, and managing inventory, labeling, and quality control. Ensuring proper storage temperatures, following safety procedures, and reporting safety issues or irregularities. Demonstrating effective communication, handling stressful situations, and following safety and operational protocols. Qualifications Basic math skills. A food handler permit. Experience in retail. Second language is preferred. Ability to support diverse customer needs, including minors and individuals with special needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hader Solutions
