Dotmatics seeks an Associate Account Manager to manage renewal cycles and drive expansion within an assigned portfolio of Luma customer accounts. The role combines account retention and growth responsibilities, requiring 30%+ travel and scientific literacy to engage with research teams and departmental decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal cycles and renewal ownership for assigned customer accounts
• Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including new departments and product adoption
• Own full sales cycle for small to mid-sized expansion deals within named accounts
• Conduct customer business reviews and account management activities
• Partner with Strategic Account Executives and Customer Success teams on account health and growth

Requirements

• Scientific fluency to communicate credibly with bench researchers and lab managers
• Experience in account management or customer success roles
• Ability to manage full sales cycles for account expansion
• Willingness to travel 30% or more for customer engagement
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue expansion opportunities
• Capacity to collaborate across sales, customer success, and account teams
