Job Description
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and plant performance
- Lead production, maintenance, materials, and support functions
- Establish and track operational KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop supervisors and department leaders
- Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance
- Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
- Manage budgets and operational resources
- Coordinate capital equipment and facility improvement projects
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Previous Operations Manager, Production Manager, or Plant Leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and lean principles
- Experience managing multiple departments and teams
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
