Job Description
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to patients in a busy, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to manage a variety of cases effectively. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients, including those with medical emergencies, post-surgical complications, respiratory failure, and sepsis.
- Support pediatric patients requiring stabilization before transfer to specialized facilities.
- Manage stroke patients within the ICU, utilizing telemedicine services for acute stroke care as needed.
- Collaborate with intensivists and hospitalists to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification from AHA is mandatory.
- Experience caring for critically ill adult patients in a community hospital ICU setting.
