2027 Summer Intern: Billing Solutions Analyst

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. At a Glance You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: Information Technology, Computer Science This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field. Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027. In addition to role-specific projects, you'll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations. This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business. Internship responsibilities may include: Developing agentic AI offer generation within billing solutions Designing, developing, implementing, analyzing, and communicating operational information to various organizations Performing production support tasks including troubleshooting of system and data issues Required Qualifications Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Analytical skills Communication Skills - Verbal and Written Project and time management skills Ability to collaborate well with others: self-motivated to drive results Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
