Requirements include:
- Providing excellent guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Meeting safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipating and understanding guests' needs
- Working well in a team environment
- Being 17 years of age and above
- Having reliable transportation
- Serving coffee, food, ice/cream
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Increasing overall sales by upselling and cross-selling
