Job Title: Quality Inspector on all shifts!
Job Description
This role focuses on inspecting products at the final stage of the manufacturing process to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements based on engineering drawings. You will use precision measuring tools, perform mathematical checks, and enter inspection data into a computer system while supporting a clean, modern production environment that is working toward ISO certification.
Responsibilities
- Inspect product dimensions at the tail end of the Annex process to verify conformance with engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Use hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to perform accurate measurements.
- Interpret and apply mathematical calculations to inspection results obtained from calipers, tape measures, and other measurement tools.
- Review drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand dimensional requirements and inspection criteria.
- Accurately input inspection data and measurements into the computer and the new ERP system.
- Follow established quality procedures and contribute to maintaining standards in preparation for upcoming ISO certification.
- Support containment door assembly and ceiling grid production areas by ensuring products meet specified quality and dimensional standards.
- Collaborate with other team members on the production floor to address quality issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Operate relevant equipment as needed, using power tools and machine operation skills where applicable.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with facility standards.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and tape measures for accurate dimensional inspection.
- Experience using calipers for precision measurement.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn and use a new ERP system.
- Ability to interpret and apply mathematics to inspection activities and measurement results.
- Capability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and schematics or willingness to develop this skill.
- Comfort working with measurement data and entering information accurately into computer systems.
- Experience with power tools and basic machine operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with micrometers and additional precision measuring instruments is a plus.
- Previous experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics is beneficial but not required.
- Exposure to ISO standards or working in an ISO-certified environment is an advantage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Lion, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.60/hr.
