Industrial Automation Supervisor

Marvin is seeking an Industrial Automation Supervisor to lead a team supporting automated equipment in our manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLCs, robotics, HMIs, and related control systems to keep production running safely and efficiently. You’ll coordinate maintenance plans, drive root-cause problem solving, and champion continuous improvement projects.
