Director of Operations, Janitorial Service

The Director of Operations serves as a regional leader overseeing operations and teams that deliver facilities services – including custodial and maintenance. This role is accountable for driving regional growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. The Director will lead a diverse team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to site managers while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring service quality. Key responsibilities include developing internal and external partnerships, achieving financial targets, managing and forecasting budgets, overseeing vendor relationships, collaborating with senior leadership, and continuously developing operational talent. Pay: $200,000 – $225,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
