Inthisrole,youwillmanagethefullrecruitmentlifecycle—fromworkforceplanningandsourcingthroughinterviewing,hiring,andonboarding—whilecollaboratingcloselywithhiringmanagerstounderstandprojectstaffingprioritiesanddevelopproactiverecruitingstrategies.Youwillplayacriticalroleinbuildingtalentpipelines,supportingrapidprojectmobilization,andensuringourprojectsarestaffedwithqualifiedemployeeswhenandwheretheyareneded. Build,maintain,andproactivelydeveloptalentpipelinesandcandidatedatabases,includingtravelingcraftprofessionalsavailableforshort-andlong-termprojectsacrossArizona,NewMexico,andTexas. Managemultipleopenrequisitionssimultaneouslywhilemeetinghiringtimelinesandprojectstaffingrequirements. Reviewapplications,resumes,andcandidatequalifications;conductphone,virtual,andin-personinterviewstoevaluatetechnicalskills,experience,reliability,culturefit,andoverallqualifications. Verifyrequiredcertificationsandcredentials,includingOSHA,MSHA,AWS,NCCER,andotherposition-specificqualifications. Coordinateinterviewsbetweencandidatesandhiringmanagerswhilemaintainingconsistentcommunicationthroughoutthehiringprocesstoensureexceptionalcandidateexperience. Associate'sorBachelor'sdegreepreferred,butnotrequired.Equivalentcombinationsofeducationandrelevantrecruitingexperiencewillbeconsidered. Minimumof2-3yearsofrecruitingexperience,withinconstruction,industrial,manufacturing,mining,orskilledtradesenvironments. Experiencerecruitinghourlycraftandfieldpersonnel. Workingknowledgeoffederalandstateemploymentlawsandhiringbestpractices. ExperienceusingApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS),MicrosoftOffice,LinkedInRecruiter,andmodernsourcingtechnologies. Abilitytoworkextendedhoursandtraveltoprojectsitesandotherbusinesslocationsasneeded.
