Together.SummaryDLA Piper’s Investment Funds Group is seeking an attorney with 1 – 3 years’ experience representing clients with respect to fund formation matters. This is a professional track/non-partnership track position. Relevant experience includes drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents, investor side letters, and coordinating investor closings. Experience with secondaries transactions is a plus. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
