Seeking a caring and compassionate babysitter near

- My husband and I largely work from home so there will usually be someone in the home. - My toddler is full of energy and loves exploring, so I’m looking for someone who can keep up with them—think outdoor adventures, fun activities, dance parties, and trips to the park to burn off energy. They're not content with just toys and prefer guided activities and new adventures! - A typical day looks like this: I drop my older child off around 8:50 AM, followed by a snack around 9, playtime, lunch at 11:30, then nap around 12/12:30. We go with the flow and follow cues rather than a strict schedule. During nap time, I'd appreciate help tidying up toys and cleaning up from lunch. Feel free to binge a show while folding kiddos laundry if you're up for it—a win-win!
